I think we have all been in a situation where we need to break wind but there are a lot of people around. How do these jeans work?
This is the same company that also offers both flatulence filtering underwear and pajamas. The jeans work in much the same way and help you to stay fresh because they “feature an activated carbon back panel that absorbs all flatulence odors,” according to their website.

For those who simply can’t live without these specialty pants, you will have to bring your wallet because they cost about $170 per pair.
At the moment, you can only purchase the jeans in a dark wash color but you can get them in sizes between 4-16 for women and 28-40 inch waist per men. The pants legs include short, medium and tall.
Shreddies has made these specialty pants available for everyone but they are especially for those who have flatulence problems due to gastritis, IBS, Crohn’s disease, colitis, and similar conditions. They can also be of assistance to those who suffer from food intolerance and digestive disorders.
“In many cases, simply not having to worry about flatulence can help improve a person’s condition,” the website adds.
“Anxiety can create chemical changes in your body [and] can affect your digestive system, exacerbating a person’s condition.”
Shreddies feels that these jeans will work on their own but you may want to add some of their underwear to create a “double layer of protection.” Doing so can also increase your confidence.
When you consider the motto of the company, ‘fart with confidence’, it’s easy to tell exactly what they are shooting for. You may not be able to let ‘er rip with pride but at least you can do so without sweating about the noxious cloud.
