Grandma Accidentally Buys ‘Adult’ Children’s Book For 6-Year-Old And Everyone Can’t Stop LOL

When you give someone a gift, it’s the thought that counts. But you need to make sure that if you are going to buy a gift, that it is given to the right person…And the right age!

This is a lesson that the grandmother in this story would eventually end up learning the hard way.

She purchased a book for her six-year-old grandchild and at first glance, it would appear to be just like any other children’s book that you have seen in the past.

However, a closer inspection reveals that this is not the sort of book that you would EVER want to pass along to a young and impressionable mind. From the first page, it is clear what and who it was meant for.

The liberal use of profanity starts on the very first page and there is less than zero chill from that point on.

Once the mother whose child was given the book shared the purchase with her followers on Twitter, the story went viral. Since then, the book has completely sold out everywhere!

The book would soon turn into a breeding ground for various jokes and memes online. We can’t thank the mother enough for sharing her mother’s purchase with us.

While some people might have thrown a hissy fit when they saw this granny’s relatively innocent mistake, Tiffany seems to be taking it all in stride. This book is incredible and we hope the child gets the chance to read it when they are old enough.

Grandmas sure do the darnedest things, don’t they? Oh, to be a fly on the wall for that read along experience.

“Children’s book for adults,” is a BIG trend that began after the runaway success of author Adam Mansbach’s 2011 bedtime story riff Go the Fuck to Sleep. You can even find adult coloring books now!
