‘I know they are going to die.’ Foster dad only takes in terminally ill children

Foster parents serve an incredibly crucial function in our society, as they provide homes for children whose parents are unwilling or unable to offer them the proper care. Without the selfless actions of these incredibly giving people, there are a number of children who would never know the feeling of having a home to call their own.

This Los Angeles County foster father is taking the concept of caring for children who are unable to find homes of their own to a whole new level and when you find out which children he has decided to take in, you will not believe what you are reading.

Mohamed Bzeek is one of the most dedicated foster fathers that you will ever meet, as he has taken in a wide range of terminally ill children that were languishing within the sprawling foster care system in Los Angeles County.

He knows that they are going to die and this knowledge does not deter his efforts in the slightest. He has buried at least ten children after adopting them and spent countless sleepless nights tending to the needs of bedridden tykes. While there is a dire need for foster parents who are willing to take these children on, Bzeek is one of the precious few who has stepped to the plate.

There are currently about 35,000 children in Los Angeles County who are being monitored by the Department of Children and Family Services. When a child falls ill and requires care from the Medical Case Management Services department, Bzeek is one of the first people they call.

Bzeek’s boundless dedication to the needs of these terminally ill foster children is touching and if you found this story as amazing as we did, be sure to pass it along to your friends and family members on Facebook.
