The business in question, Elsie’s in Haddon Township, New Jersey, is offering to make the sandwich of your choice on a kosher pickle, then cut in half. If you’re not too keen on the idea of biting into a pickle sandwich that large, there are other options like roll-up sandwiches using thinner pickles or cucumbers.
