Hairstylist Shou Otsuki turns his clients into fashion models with one wave of his scissors. He turns to his Instagram and Twitter to make posts to see what people think and judging from the thousands of likes, followers really like these new looks.
Though the prices are rather high (upwards of $59), Otsuki continues to get lots of clients since he builds up his clients self-confidence.
