‘World’s Most Identical’ Twins Attempt To Have Babies At the Same Time With The Same Man

Most of us look at our family as if it was at least taking a little walk on the wild side. If that is the case with you, it’s time to put things in perspective. Identical twins in Australia claim to be the ‘world’s most identical twins’ and, get this, they are trying to get pregnant by the same man.

Anna and Lucy DeCinque are the identical twins who shared the same boyfriend for 9 years. The sisters do absolutely everything together, from the moment they wake in the morning until they go to sleep at night. They even go to the bathroom and shower together.

As you can imagine, the idea of having the same boyfriend was not out of the ordinary in their mind.

“To be honest, it’s easy for us to share a partner,” they said in a 2017 video. “It’s so much easier.”

They also confirmed something in December. They wanted to a baby with their mutual boyfriend, Ben Byrne. If that isn’t enough, they also wanted to have the baby at the same exact time. They just aren’t sure how to make it happen.

Anna and Lucy DeCinque are from Australia and they were, at one time, considered to be the ‘world’s most identical twins’. They now use it as their personal tagline.

Anna and Lucy have enjoyed being together since they were little kids. They dress alike and as they got older, they almost melded into a single person.

They try to look 100% identical on a daily basis, down to every strand of hair on their head. They even had plastic surgery done to be even more identical.

According to Anna, she feels anxiety when she thinks back to a time when they had different hairstyles.

Aside from their looks, they also live identical lives. They shower together, go to the bathroom together and eat the same food. They also sleep in the same bed and they take the same number of steps on a daily basis.

They even share an Instagram profile.

Considering the fact that they live so close to each other, it never worked when they had different boyfriends.

“We have dated guys separately,” Lucy said. “But it hasn’t worked, because they didn’t understand how we were so close. They wanted to separate us, and they wanted to take us out separately, and we’re like, ‘No, we always want to be together.’ It just got too hard.”

They came up with a rather unusual solution, they were going to date the same man.

That is where Ben Byrne comes in. He is also a twin, although fraternal, so he understands their closeness.

“What we love so much about Ben is he understands our bond,” one sister said.

We aren’t exactly sure how this works but we are told that they sleep in a king-size bed with him in the middle.

“He’ll kiss Anna good night, he’ll kiss me goodnight,” Lucy explained. “If we sit there watching a film, he’ll hold both of our hands. There’s just no jealousy.”

The twins mother and friends are accepting of their relationship but the general public tends to be critical.

The relationship apparently works well for them and they’re ready to take things to the next level.

“We would like to get married to the same man,” Anna said.

They also want to have children with the same man as well what they want to be pregnant at the same time.

“We want to experience pregnancy together, we want our bodies to look the same,” Lucy said in another video, per Yahoo! Lifestyle. “Because we’re so close we always want to be together.”

“It is a bit of a dilemma,” she acknowledged. “We know that’s where nature comes in, we can’t control these things. You can’t force these things.”

They have considered trying surrogate or IVF but their mother would like them to stick to something natural.

They talked about the planning process in December on an Australian morning show.

“Our mom is actually convincing us to go naturally, give birth naturally, so I don’t know how that’s going to work [because] we need to be pregnant at the same time,” one sister said.

The strange set up is sure to make you look at your family as if they were rather humdrum. These twin sisters claim that they are happy with their life and Lucy even went so far as to say: “This is what works for us. People need to get that. We’re not hurting anyone.”
