It doesn’t matter what you are famous for, if you are in the public spotlight, you are going to do something that irritates people sooner or later. Some famous people do it on occasion but others tend to do it on a regular basis. Kim Kardashian certainly falls into the second category and some people just can’t wait to criticize anything that she does.
Perhaps you have seen Kim Kardashian in the news recently because she visited Donald Trump to talk about a pardon for a 63-year-old woman serving a life sentence for a nonviolent drug crime. It turned out favorably for that woman and she was granted clemency.
Rather than looking at something good that she did, the Internet continues to find some reason to hate her. It seems as if she gave them an excuse recently.
Recently, she caused quite a stir when she showed up in public with her five-year-old daughter, North West. It wasn’t the hot pink windbreaker or the little necklace and unicorn purse that drew the public’s attention, it was her new hairdo. At only five years old, she had her hair straightened in a ponytail with a braid.

The Internet seemed to be really divided over this new hairdo. Some thought that she looked adorable but others were concerned about her role as a Kardashian. They were wondering why she would be straightening her daughter’s hair at such a young age.
Hairstyles do grab people’s attention and this one was no different. It may have been a valid point, depending upon which side of the issue you happen to be on. Not only was it a rather adult thing to do to such a little girl, the straightening process can be quite painful and it takes some time. It could even damage her curly hair permanently.

The bottom line is, if North is happy with the new hairdo and her parents don’t pressure her to keep it, all of the Internet chatter is really for nothing.
