Woman Caught And Arrested After Allegedly Throwing Newborn Puppies In Garbage Bin

This horror story recently took place the Coachella music festival. A woman was caught on camera dumping seven newborn puppies into a Dumpster. We cannot believe that someone would be this cruel and to do something like this in broad daylight? Luckily, the puppies were found before they had a chance to succumb to heatstroke and are now safe and sound.

GoSurveillance cameras are responsible for catching this woman in the act. We are glad to see that the authorities are cracking down on these types of behaviors. Why someone would think that they could do something like this and get away with it is beyond our level of comprehension. The puppies were all of three days old at the time and had no way to fend for themselves.

They would have passed away, if not for the help of an innocent bystander who was not willing to let the puppies go quietly into the night. Riverside County Animal Services received a call from an employee at the auto parts store where the animals were dumped. A Napa Auto Parts employee came across the dogs and wanted to make sure that they were being helped.

The puppies were found an hour after they were dumped and thank heavens! We shudder to think of what may have happened to these dogs if someone did not come along to help out. It is clear to see that this woman was not thinking of anyone but herself. How long would it have taken to bring these animals to a local shelter or animal rescue organization?

There is simply no excuse for this type of selfish and deranged behavior. John is the man who is responsible for saving the puppies’ lives. “His actions were humane and heroic,” says Commander Chris Mayer. He is just as shocked and appalled by these actions as we are and can you blame him? A video was posted, in hopes of finding leads.

Deborah Sue Culwell was found responsible and when the authorities visited her home, they came across dozens of puppies that were being forced to live in squalor. MeoowzResQ is taking care of the dogs in the meantime and they are not ready for adoption yet. Please share this story to raise awareness about these types of behaviors. We hope that this woman is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It is high time that these types of incidents stopping taking place.
