John Stessel loves working as a magician and his profession allows him to spread good cheer wherever he goes. Recently, he was given the chance to perform in front of an audience that does not always have the chance to check out a magic show. These shelter dogs are not able to enjoy magic shows on a regular basis but Stessel was willing to stop by.

The reactions that these dogs had to the show that they were given were priceless. The trip was sponsored by TBS and these animals are currently residing at Town of Hempstead Animal Shelter. The dogs took in some private shows and gave the animals a chance to show the world just how adorable they are. Stessel describes the experience as nothing short of incredible.

There are not many people out there who would be willing to put on a magic show for a group of shelter dogs. John has always wanted to do a magic show for dogs. Now, he is finally getting his chance. From the looks of these photos, we cannot tell who is having more fun at this show….John or the dogs! Their cuteness jumps off the page.

The dogs were given more than just a magic show, though. They were also showered with treats and affection. It was a special day for these animals. The shelter dogs are not always given the chance to hang out with some fun folks who have their best interests at heart. Hopefully, this show will have the desired effect and some of these dogs can “disappear” too.

The magic show was designed to shed light on the dogs’ plight. Now that more people are aware of the struggles that they face when it comes to finding a new home, these animals can find the families that they deserve. Kudos to John for being willing to take time to help out. These animals just want to be loved and their second chance is just around the corner.
