Mom Left In Tears After Her Son Found An Electric Razor And Shaved His Sisters Hair

Kids get into all kinds of trouble, which is usually why they need constant supervision when they’re young. Usually the trouble they get into is harmless life lessons that they’ll learn from, and these can sometimes have hilarious results, like the recent video that has gone viral over the weekend. A little boy found the electric razor and managed to shave not only his head, but his sister’s as well. The video in question was put up on Twitter by Ian Hagadorn, who captioned the clip “Y’all, my nephew found the electric razor and went wild.”

The video shows a woman, Stephie Leigh, talking to her kids: a little boy named Teddy and his sister, Eloise. It turns out that Teddy got into the electric razor and proceeded to hack off most of his sister’s blonde locks before turning the razor on himself and taking clumps off the top of his own head.

Thankfully, Stephie is able to see the funny side of the mishap. When asked why he shaved his head and his sisters, Teddy replies, “She said she liked me doing that a lot and I did it and we wanted to show you… How does my hair look? I mean, how does my no hair look?” Meanwhile, Eloise asked, “Mommy can you put your hair on my head?”

The video was viewed by plenty of people, so naturally there were many retweets as well as comments on how funny the situation was. There were also plenty of people who commended Stephie for her reaction to the debacle. One twitter user wrote, “I love how she freaked out but didn’t show it too much for them to freak out. She assured her kids saying ‘it’s ok, it’s just hair, it will grow back, you still look like a girl, we can fix it’.”

While another tweeted, “She was so calm and so understanding. Didn’t raise her voice or anything, wow. That’s some great parenting right there!! I’ve definitely seen this. So many kids get hair happy with scissors in primary school. The fact she was able to laugh it off. Keep the kids calm and not get mad was amazing.

While the video might be funny to watch, it can also stand as a warning to other parents: keep all grooming and hair care products out of reach or else you may have your own disaster.
