Weddings are finally moving away from the painfully conventional and we are here for it. It is high time that people stopped allowing themselves to fall into the same planning patterns as everyone else. Now, we are living in a world where anything can happen at wedding ceremonies. There is no limit to what we can do, outside of our very own imaginations.
In that spirit, we are proud to present the following story. Samantha Clark decided that her wedding was not going to be like everyone else’s. She was going to include her dogs in the ceremony. That makes sense, right? Any dog lover should want to include their beloved pets in their special day. The twist that she came up is what has us swooning, though.

Samantha decided that her bridesmaids would not have the usual bouquets. They would be replaced by local rescue puppies instead. She got the idea from Pinterest and it is almost too adorable to put into words. All of the animal lovers will be fully in their feels when they see these photos. We could barely look at them ourselves without screaming.
AHeinz57 Pet Rescue and Transport is the shelter that stepped up to the plate to fulfill this woman’s request. The organization already had a number of animals that were in need of homes on hand. They had collected dozens of stray dogs in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. At first, Samantha figured that she would have a hard time convincing her bridesmaids to go along with the plan.
She did not realize how quickly they would get on board. There were six dogs chosen for the ceremony and they were a mix of chihuahua and dachshund. These dogs are known as Chiweenies and they were all of two months old when they were used in the ceremony. Their foster mother escorted them to the ceremony and the photos are beyond cute.
